Please fill out the following form to be added to our vendor list for the 2025 BCA Vendor Application Form. Filling out this form will add you as an applicant for this Market. Our team will review the applications and if there are multiple vendors in the same category we will add those applicants to our vendor waitlist. Spots are not guarantee, unless you have been invoiced and paid in full. 

Please include as much detail as possible to give the selection committee a complete picture of your products & services for 2025. Information provided below will be used to determine acceptance into this years market.  This is an application form only, selected participants will be contacted for payment once approved.

28 - 30 November & 5 - 7 December, 2025
Friday 11PM - 5PM
Saturday 10AM - 7PM, Fireworks at 6PM
Sunday 11AM - 5PM

PRICING PER WEEKEND: General Booth – $350/weekend Wall/Power Booth – $400/weekend

*$50 discount for total amount if booking both weekends Approx. Booth Sizes - 9ft x 5ft
