  1. For section 286(1) of the Act, the details of which a law practice is required to give notice to the  Law Society in relation to each account maintained at an ADI in which the practice or any legal practitioner associate holds money entrusted to the practice or associate.
  2. The details mentioned in subregulation (1) must be notified to the Society at the times and in the manner required by the Society.
