In submitting this application for the 2025-2026 Commonwealth Corps Program, I certify that the information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

 

I understand that if my organization is selected to host Commonwealth Corps members, we are responsible for the following:

  • For organizations with revenue less than $5 million: Partnership contribution of $4000 per half-time member and $8000 per full-time member. For organizations with revenue greater than $5 million: Partnership contribution of  $5,700 per half-time member and $11,400 per full-time member. 
  • A required, non-refundable deposit of $500/member for all selected sites (will be applied toward the total partnership contribution).
  • Working with MSA prior to service to finalize the partnership, performance measures, position descriptions, and other required documents;
  • Active recruitment of your members in consultation with MSA, including selecting finalists for submission to MSA by July 31, 2025;
  • Providing on-site supervision/support/training for members, including orientation and weekly check-ins;
  • Providing adequate work space (desk, phone, computer) and resources for successful service;
  • Participating in Commonwealth Corps evaluation, site visits, and other events;
  • Attending mandatory supervisor meetingsorientation, and monthly phone/zoom check-ins with CC staff;
  • Making corps members available to attend MSA-run/Corps-wide orientation, trainings, and meetings (minimum of 6 post orientation);
  • Collecting and reporting on evaluation data through a midyear and final report; and 
  • Promoting the Commonwealth Corps and your partnership with MSA.
