Mascot Request Form

Please complete the following form to request one of the Storm Chasers mascots to appear in your upcoming event or program. Completion of this form is a request only and does not guarantee a visit. Requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the event. We encourage you to make your request as early as possible since requests will be responded to on a first-come, first served basis.

Address must be the address of the event.






Please be specific, i.e., Sporting Event, Fundraiser, Parade, Autographs, Photos, etc.)



  • Mascot appearances will be a maximum of one hour in length
  • All marketing materials for the event which mention an appearance by a Storm Chasers Mascot must be approved by the Omaha Storm Chasers prior to distribution
  • Requests for specific mascots are subject to availability
