Team4Tech is a nonprofit organization that places corporate volunteers and university interns on leadership development projects to improve education in underserved communities. Before you start your application, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our program and previous projects as well as the requirements below:
To get the most out of the program, corporate volunteers are expected to participate in:
4 - 8 weeks of full team and sub-team meetings, leadership development readings, and project preparation (~5 hours per week)
For Virtual Projects: 4 - 6 weeks virtually implementing the project solution with the nonprofit (~5 hours per week)
For On-Site Projects: 1-2 weeks of immersive, on-site implementation with the nonprofit
A post-project debrief and company presentation (~1 hour per week for two weeks)
University interns are expected to participate in:
8 weeks of full team and sub-team meetings, leadership development readings, project preparation, and implementation with the nonprofit (~10 - 20 hours per week)
