The Associate of the Month Award honors one person each month that has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in illustrating our four Pillars of Customer Service. This associate exhibits excellent customer service to both external and internal customers and has a perpetual "can do" attitude while operating with the highest standards of integrity. A qualified nomination should provide a detailed example of the nominated associate's exemplary performance of our 4 Pillars of Customer Service. If the associate does not provide an example, their nomination will be disqualified. (No fluff nominations!)
Associates can be nominated by any peer or manager from any department
The Associate of the Month is awarded:

A personalized trophy
$100 gift card
