CFSI subleases six wonderful apartments in the heart of Allston.

Available Apartments:

12 Gardner #3B (3 of 4 bds + 2 Baths)
12 Gardner #3C (4 bds + 2 Baths)
12 Gardner #3D (2 of 4 bds + 2 Baths)

All our apartments are available for short or long-term leases, with a minimum requirement of 2 months and with priority to longer lease tenants. They can be rented either on a room basis or in their entirety, with the exception of 12 Gardner #3B that is rented on a room basis only. Refer to the pricing details below:

Full Apartment: $4150

CFSI Alum: $1125

All apartments are furnished, have a shared laundry room in the basement, and include all utilities (heat, electric, water, trash, and wifi) up to $250/month!

Proof of Income

Please provide proof of income to demonstrate financial stability for at least 2 months worth of rental costs. If you do not meet at least 2 months of rental costs on your own, please include an additional source, as a secondary proof of income that will cover costs.

The following documents count as proof of income:

Employment Verification (offer letter, recent pay stubs, W-2 forms)
Recent Bank Statements
Other Sources of Income (rental income, investments, business revenue, trust fund)
A family or guardian member's proof of income

I understand this is not an official tenant agreement, rather an interest application. Once reviewed and if approved by CFSI, I will be sent a contract to sign and will be required to pay first and last's month rent upon signing.

If I worked with a realtor to secure my apartment or room, I understand I will have to pay their broker fee. This fee will not be covered by CFSI and its amount is at the discretion of the realty company.
