BY HOSTING A LOVE BOX PACKING PARTY EVENT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

• If you choose to give & deliver the Love Boxes to a local pregnancy center, please ensure that there is an Embrace Grace group within 30 miles of the center.  
• If choosing to ship the Love Boxes to a Pregnancy Center or organization, or gifting them back to Embrace Grace, you understand and agree to cover any associated shipping costs.
• You agree to share the vision of the Love Boxes with the Pregnancy Center or organization of your choice.
• The special event cost of each Love Box is $15 per box, plus tax and shipping.  Embrace Grace has secured deeply discounted shipping rates for your benefit!  Shipping quotes are available by request.

• Once your order form has been submitted, you will receive an email that will give you the link and password to our private Love Box Packing Party store so that you can place an order.

• Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your purchase from the day your order is placed! 
• Following your event, you will follow back-up and let Embrace Grace know which Pregancy Center/organization(s) you gifted the Love Boxes to!  We can’t wait to hear about how your party goes!

GOODS DEDUCTION RECEIPT GUIDELINES:

• When hosting your event as an individual, delivering assembled Love Boxes to a 501(c)(3) organization such as a pregnancy center, school, or hospital, a donation of goods receipt is available to be sent to you from them upon request. *Please note that not all public organizations are 501(c)(3). If a deduction receipt is important to you, we recommend contacting the organization in advance of your delivery.
• If you decide to gift the assembled Love Boxes back to Embrace Grace, Inc., you will receive a donation of goods receipt upon request. According to IRS regulations, establishing a dollar value on donated items is the exclusive responsibility of the donor.
• If you are in the state of Texas and are a tax-exempt organization, please include a copy of your Texas Sales and Use Tax Exempt Form.
