We want to ensure that all the projects we work with are aligned to local needs and priorities and that there is a recognition by local partners about how this will add value and help achieve outcomes for children, young people and families locally. To achieve this the local Director who has strategic and legal responsibility for children and young people and signs this proposal on behalf of the Local Authority/Health and Social Care Partnership to agree; 

• This type of approach, model and outcomes has the potential to help achieve local strategic priorities
• there has been an appropriate level of dialogue between local partners and the voluntary sector service on how this could help meet local strategic priorities and outcomes
• it is aligned to national strategic priorities for children and young people affected by alcohol and/or other drugs An email will be sent to the Local Partner Authorisation contact to confirm and accept this application.
