Check-In will assist families with checking-in. Each family will receive a "passport" to help guide them through the expo. You will also ensure they have all other materials needed to enter.

Check-Out volunteers will collect "passports" from families and also ensure that attendees completed the necessary survey to collect the SWAG bag.

Hospitality Committee volunteers will provide assistance with accommodations such as seating, or refreshments for event vendors.

SWAG Distribution volunteers are responsible for helping to distribute promotional items or "swag" to event attendees. This may involve tasks such as setting up tables or booths, organizing and packing swag bags, and handing out items to individuals as they depart.

Room Monitor volunteers are responsible for ensuring that a specific area or room is safe, organized, and running smoothly during the event.

Way Finders will be stationed in a designated area and will assist families with directions to help them find their way around the Museum.
