New Memphis Embark Application
Embark is a 3-month engagement that empowers high performing twenty-somethings (2-8 years into their careers) to grow as leaders and to build relationships as they prepare to make a difference in Memphis. Over eight sessions, Embark prepares young leaders to push forward in their careers while having a positive impact on our community.

VI. Administrative Fee
Each participant is asked to pay a $550 administrative fee, an expense that is often covered by their employer. While the actual value of Embark is over $4,000 per participant, New Memphis receives generous support from the community to significantly offset that cost, safeguarding a level playing field. We do not want the $550 administrative fee to prevent any qualified applicants from participating; New Memphis is committed to ensuring that our programs remain accessible to people from all sectors. If the administrative fee is a financial barrier to your participation, a range of options are available. The Program Director will discuss these options with you upon acceptance.
VII. Commitment to 100% Participation
Full participation of each member of the cohort is crucial to the Embark experience. As such, attendance is not optional, but mandatory. Please carefully review the schedule below based on your indicated cohort. Contact Bridget D. Sisney (bridget@newmemphis.org) with any questions you have about sessions.
