Contract Terms

Evergreen Clause - Will Bridgepointe get paid full commissions on the lifetime of your relationship with the customer, including the initial term, renewal terms, and any expansion or addon services, regardless of the state of our ongoing agreement.

Non-Circumvention - Does your policy prevent your direct sellers from soliciting a current Bridgepointe customer to assign the customer to another master agent or contract with your company directly?

Cancellation for Convenience - If either Party terminates the Agreement for convenience, will you continue paying Bridgepointe commissions until you discontinue providing Services to Customer(s).

In other words, you can’t just decide you’re going to stop paying commissions because you’ve had a shift in strategy. Our subagents simply will not sell solutions of companies who want to “try out” the channel without committing.
