Before you attend the session, it is really important that we have all the information we need to be prepared for the session. Please complete this form before your session. Please note that if these requirements are not met before the session, we may need to cancel and refund your purchase. Furthermore, we cannot hold Virtual Dr Bike sessions to people under the age of 18.

Despite all our efforts to assist you with your bike adjustment, repair or maintenance, there are limitations to how much support we can provide online. Ultimately, you are responsible for work completed on the bike, and The Bike Project and their employees are not liable for damages incurred to your bike, or any injury to yourself whilst attempting repairs. Therefore, do not attempt anything that you do not feel comfortable doing and follow the advice of the mechanic at all times. If we cannot complete your repair in the session, we may recommend you to go to a bike shop or mechanic in person.
