Thank you for your interest in launching a new Rebuilding Together nonprofit affiliate in your community. The application period for new launches will be January – April.

In the meantime, please fill out the interest form below. Please review what it takes to start a new affiliate here.

We deeply value the work our affiliates do to carry out our mission of repairing homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives. We believe every person has the right to live in a safe and healthy home and thank you for joining us in this mission to make this possible for more people. Starting up a new organization is no small feat, so please review what it takes to start a new affiliate here before filling out the application.

Do you have experience working with a nonprofit organization (as a board member, employee, volunteer)? If so, please be sure to include the role and responsibilities.

Please discuss any other relevant experience that has helped prepare you to launch a Rebuilding Together Affiliate (community service experience, experience in the housing field, etc.)

To launch an affiliate, you need a steering committee of 5-7 committed volunteers that are willing to see the launch process through. Do you currently have a steering committee? If so, please tell us about who they are. If not, do you have prospective community leaders that would be willing to make up the steering committee? Please tell us who they would be.

Do you have any current funding? If so, please list how much and from where.

Funding information

Please identify your plan for securing funding sources to support you through both the startup process and the sustainability of the organization past affiliation. E.g.: Are there municipal funds available? Are there community foundations willing to provide funding for these services? Are there community partnerships you can make to share resources and/or garner support?
