IPC pricing includes a 1.5%, 2-year hold-back to address any corrections to the system that has to be made within the first 2 years of operation. If the installer addresses the issues during this period of time, the full 1.5% will be released.
IPC includes a 95% weather adjusted, performance acceptance test at the substantial commissioning inspection.
