We require advanced notice to cancel a class reservation. In many cases we have wait lists, and we need to be able to accommodate those people if you are unable to attend. Effective March 1, 2019 our cancellation fees are as follows:

Cancellation notice received more than 10 business days prior to the class start date: Fee will be fully refunded.
Cancellation notice received 5-10 business days prior to the class start date: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation received less than 5 business days prior to the class start date: No refund given.
No cancellation/no show on class start date: No refund given.
