Next Step Application Form

Thank you for your interest in Next Step. Below, you will be asked a series of questions about yourself, your experiences, and why you would like to attend Next Step. You will also be asked to upload a letter of recommendation and a current resume. Please complete the form in one session. If you have any difficulty completing the application, please contact us.

Admissions decisions will be communicated after October 26th. We kindly ask that you not inquire about the status of your application before that date.

One letter of recommendation is required to be considered for Next Step. The letter can be from anyone who knows you in a professional capacity, whether or not they supervised you, and does not necessarily have to be from a commanding officer or coach. This is an opportunity for you to share a different side of yourself than what your resume and essays convey. The letter of recommendation should be in PDF format and no longer than one page.

FEE STRUCTURE AND FINANCIAL AID

Fee Structure

I have read and agreed to the below fee structure

Participants are asked to pay a fee based on their AGI (adjusted gross income), which covers tuition, materials, accommodations, and most meals. The fee structure is as follows:

Category 1 (participants with an AGI of $70,000 or more): $5,000
Category 2 (participants with an AGI of less than $70,000): $2,500.

A deposit of $1,000 is due upon admission to secure your place in the program. The balance is due by January 11, 2021. We will confirm your fee level upon enrollment in the program.

Financial Aid

I would like to be considered for financial aid.

Need-based financial aid may be available. Priority is given to Category 2 participants who do not qualify for other sources of aid, such as G.I. Bill benefits or a scholarship program from a sponsoring organization. The largest grant awarded is usually $500. Please check here if you would like to be considered for financial aid.
