Indemnification

Exhibitor agrees to hold the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) harmless from any and all claims of liability, damage, loss or expense arising from their participation in LEARN with the exception of that caused or resulting from the sole and gross negligence of the SIR. Additionally, exhibitor agrees to maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with minimum per occurrence limits of $1,000,000 and an umbrella policy with a minimum limit of $1,000,000. Exhibitor agrees to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Symposia (During LEARN)

Symposia held during LEARN will be presented as part of the meeting's official live virtual

platform, allowing attendees to seamlessly view your content as part of their LEARN course

day. Promotion of your symposium will be included in all meeting materials, within the LEARN

Live platform, and delivered directly to attendees.

Webinars (Post-LEARN)

Post-LEARN webinars may be hosted on any available date (coordinated with SIR Staff) prior to

December 31, 2020. Promotion of your webinar will be included in all meeting materials, within

the LEARN Live platform, and delivered directly to attendees.

Cancellation Policy

Companies that reserve an exhibit or any of the available corporate opportunities will be subject to the following administrative fees in the event they are required to cancel their participation, in part or full:

Cancellation on or before September 7, 2020: 50% payment due
Cancellation after September 7, 2020: 100% payment due
