Information for Applicants
A testamur is the certificate received at Graduation certifying that a student has completed a specific course. A testamur is only produced in hard copy. A testamur does not list individual subjects or their results. For an official record of all studies undertaken at Moore Theological College, please complete the Application for Official Academic Transcript form.
If the signatory of the original is no longer in our employ, the new testamur will include the words “Re-signed on (date)”
If your testamur has been damaged download and complete a paper form as the damaged testamur must be returned.
Reason for Requesting a Replacement Testamur
1. Testamur lost or destroyed
If your testamur has been lost or destroyed complete this application form and upload a completed statutory declaration outlining what happened.

2. Testamur damaged (online form not applicable)
Legally you are only permitted to have one testamur for each degree or diploma completed.
The damaged testamur must be returned. Download and complete the paper application form and return both the damaged testamur and your application to the College by mail or in person.
Cost
AUD $30 per request. This includes postage. Payment should be made at the time of application.
Processing Time
Please allow 5 working days from date request is received for processing and dispatch. Delays may occur during and after main exam periods (June/July and November to January).
