Thank you for utilizing Vistar's Plan-o-gram Services, we are excited to partner with you 

and look forward to designing your Plan-o-gram! 


To best serve you, Plan-o-gram Services require the following set of information, please assemble the following before starting a request:


  • Your store location's Vistar Customer Id
  • Specific info about each Merchandisable Section (order by left to right from store front)
    • Section Order Number - left to right facing store front
    • Section Type - Pantry (Dry), Freezer, Cooler, Slat Wall, Counter
    • Number of Shelves
    • Number of Doors
    • Is there a shelving management system in place? **Note: shelves must be 12 inches deep
    • Can the shelving move/adjust in height?
    • Is there a microwave in this section?
    • For Coolers:
      • Cooler Type - Beverage, Grab-n-Go, Alcohol, Mix
      • Beverage Type - Vistar Pepsi, Vistar Coke
        • Please don't send in specifications for any type of section that doesn't contain Vistar product.
  • Measurements for each Section:
    • Merchandisable Height
    • Width
    • Depth
  • Images of each merchandise section
    • Please send in clear and front-facing images for each section (examples below):
      • Overall view of the Merchandisable space
      • Front view of each section
      • Photo of each cooler - full shot
      • Photo of each freezer - full shot

Merchandisable Sections
Sections are spaces in your storefront that can be merchandised with product and are one of the following types:
  1.  Pantry (dry)
  2. Cooler
  3. Freezer
  4. Slat Wall
  5. Counter

To provide the most effective plan-o-gram layout, details on each section are needed. Select the Add Another Section button at the bottom right of the form for each new Merchandisable Section. 

Please fill this form out completely for each section and include any specific instructions below in the "additional notes" area. 

Please Note: if you do not purchase beverages from Vistar we do not provide Plan-o-grams for your Coolers

***After the section information is entered, you will then need to upload clear images of each section.

The depth of the space that holds merchandise (in inches).
