Important: The logo provided must be the final logo. Once branding begins, there will be an additional fee should you decide to use a different logo.

Please provide the name of your Domain Provider (i.e., GoDaddy, Google Domains, 101Domain, etc): Please provide your login credentials (Username and Password) for your domain.

Why we need this:
Auction Mobility needs this information so that we can set your CNAME. This allows us to launch the bidding platform on a subdomain of your domain. If we will be doing a full page replacement or a Wordpress page, we will also need this information to set the nameservers so that we can launch your site. You can change the password with your domain provider once your site is launched, if you feel the need to do so. If you have not purchased a domain, one will be required for this process.

It is important that multifactor authentication is disabled so we can log into your domain, to make the required changes. Consult your technical team or website designer for further assistance in locating these credentials.

Clerk Configuration

Would you like your clerk console to show a pending bid that needs to be manually accepted? Or have the system automatically accept the online bid without the clerk approving it?

Have online bids be "pending"Have the system auto acceptClerk/Auctioneer is able to see internal bids as they are coming in and manually accept that bid once the auctioneer acknowledges it. This may help avoid any confusion during the sale, however it will slow the pace of the auction for your customers.

Your Apps

Please note that Apps will not be completed without the following requirements.

Must obtain a DUNS Number as an LLC/Corporation
Must use your DUNS Number to obtain an Apple Developer Account as an Organization
Must allow admin access to appleid02@auctionmobility.com once you have the account
Apple requires that you have an auction in your production environment for their review process. We can use the sample auction data that was previously mentioned in this questionnaire if you choose to do so. In the event that you wish to wait until you load an actual auction, there will be a delay in your IOS app.

App Description

We ask you to provide an app description as this gives you an additional marketing opportunity for the services you provide as well as having mobile capabilities. Please upload a word doc.

Your Auction house, located in West Chester, PA was established in 1981. The house conducts multiple sales a year with focus-on European, American, and Russian works of art. Our auctions feature an impressive selection of fine art, decorative art, rare books, icons and other objects from antiquity to the present. We have been featured in international publications, including The New York Times, Kommersant, and The Observer among others.

With the Your Auction House app, you can preview, watch and bid in our auctions from your mobile / tablet device. Participate in our sales while on-the-go and gain access to our following features:
