Career Speaker Request Form for Educators

The Speakers Bureau is now accepting  requests for the 2024-25 school year!
Thanks for your interest in the BEP Speakers Bureau. We look forward to finding you a speaker to inspire and educate your students!    Before proceeding, please note:
  • We require 2 weeks advance notice to book a guest speaker. In some circumstances we can fill your request but this is not the norm. 
  • Please be patient and allow time for us to fulfill your request, It can vary from days to weeks depending on volunteer availability but we will certainly do our best.   
  •  ONE request at a time. If you wish to submit additional, similar requests, a link will be provided in the window and emailed to you. 
  • Review our Educator's Guide

  • Use this form to schedule ONE request at a time. If you wish to submit additional, similar requests, a link will be provided in the window and email you receive after submitting this form, which will allow you to re-populate the form with most of your responses. You can then quickly submit an additional request after updating dates and other information as needed.

You can find a sample of our speakers at https://www.bepwr.ca/career-profile. Be aware that: 1) Some volunteers have chosen not to be included on our website. So, please make a request even if you don't see someone directly relevant; 2) Because our speakers are volunteers, we cannot guarantee their availability for specific requests.
Event Format and Scheduling
Please provide up to 3 possible event dates and start times for your request. You can request dates two weeks or more in advance.
