Our programme is tailored for underrepresented young adults aged 18-24, giving you the opportunity to develop leadership and core coaching skills alongside professionals from top organisations such as Google, Facebook, McKinsey, CBRE, Barclays, British Land, eBay, HelloFresh, Allen & Overy, and Zurich Insurance.
Who Are Our Future Leaders?
Future Leaders are 18-24-year-olds facing socioeconomic barriers or other challenges that often limit access to leadership roles. Highly motivated but lacking the same networks and opportunities that help others progress, they have the drive to lead.
If your background has traditionally limited your leadership journey, Circl an opportunity to:
- Acquire core coaching skills that can help with both your professional growth and personal development.
- Build valuable connections in a supportive and collaborative environment with both peers and professionals.
- Collaborate with professionals and other Future Leaders, coaching and being coached to set and achieve goals.
- Earn the Circl Leader as Coach certification, recognised by the Association for Coaching.
Circl partners with leading organisations to make this experience possible. Each company puts a group of their employees through our programme and funds places for Future Leaders, ensuring you and your cohort receive the same training and experience. Each cohort consists of around 15 Future Leaders and 15 professionals, creating a balanced and impactful learning environment.
As a Future Leader, you’ll be paired with a professional and embark on this journey together, learning as equals and earning the same certification upon completion.
