Extending Stay with Friends/Family

If you are staying with friends/family, paying for a hotel on your own, or have a lease and will be housed in the next 2 weeks, please complete the application below.

We review applications on a first come, first serve and case by case basis based on available funding and cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist.

To receive assistance from our organization, you must meet one of the following definitions of “family”. Please select which applies to you:
