Thank you for taking the time to complete the previous survey in a series of four monthly COVID-19 surveys being undertaken by the San Francisco Interfaith Council (SFIC). Your participation is enabling the SFIC to better serve and discern the needs of our diverse constituencies, as we endeavor to provide you with credible and timely updates and briefings on all COVID-19 related matters, so that you and your leadership teams may make informed decisions to guide those under your care.
