We see this programme as a partnership between Jack Petchey Foundation, the host organisation and the intern. Please ensure you are comfortable with the conditions below before applying.

If successful, please confirm you understand that:
- it will be your organisation’s responsibility to conduct a fair and accessible recruitment process
- your organisation will award your chosen candidate a year-long, full-time contract from March 2025
- the recruitment, employment, supervision, pay and support of the intern will all be managed by your organisation
- the grant from the Jack Petchey Foundation will cover a proportion of the direct salary costs
- your organisation will take responsibility for providing the balance of funding for this post plus the on costs (Employers’ National Insurance, compulsory pension payments, any additional benefits you give your employees, etc.)
- your organisation will pay the intern the Real Living Wage salary, as set annually by the Living Wage Foundation, for their year-long full-time contract, at the appropriate rate (London, or National if outside London)
- your intern’s employment will commence by 17 March 2025.
