Student Leadership Delegation Application

The University of Illinois Student Leadership Delegation is a trip for University of Illinois students designed to offer an unfiltered view of the State of Israel. Through meetings, presentations, site visits and more students will be exposed to a wide variety of perspectives on Israel and the regional politics.

In order to be eligible for this trip, all applicants must be returning to campus for a minimum of one full academic year following the completion of the trip, in order to attend meetings and create programming throughout the year.

Dates: May 17-27

(departing from Chicago O'hare Airport)

Spaces: 25

Cost: $250 fully refundable deposit & one meal per day and any incidentals or shopping

Includes: Airfare, accommodations, most meals, all activities and transportation

In addition to submitting a negative PCR test prior to embarking on the trip, all members will be tested upon arrival in Israel, in accordance with Israeli entry rules. If at any point during your time in Israel you are tested and found to be positive for Covid-19 you will be accommodated in special quarantine accommodations, as mandated by Israeli public health authorities. You will not be allowed to rejoin the group until you produce satisfactory negative test results. Please note that nobody will be permitted to fly without producing negative PCR test results. If you need to stay in Israel after the conclusion of the trip, you'll be housed in a "quarantine hotel" until you produce negative test results. Our agents and staff will make all arrangements for your return flight to the US.
