I understand and agree that Tricia Baker, Katelyn Baker & 20 Paws, shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any person, animal, or property which results from the training behavior or my pet. I also understand and agree that any child under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. I  further agree that Tricia Baker, Katelyn Baker & 20 Paws shall not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of my pet's participation in the program and that I will be responsible for any damages my pet may do to other pets or people now or any time in the future. Tricia Baker, Katelyn Baker & 20 Paws are unable to accept dogs that have a history of aggression towards people or other animals. Tricia Baker, Katelyn  Baker & 20 Paws reserves the right to refuse or terminate training services of any pet/handler at any time.  Payment is due, in full, at the time of service by check or cash or by any other method at least 24 hours before time of scheduling. 

     For all scent work classes dogs will go one at a time and must WAIT IN THE CAR UNTIL IT IS THERE TURN. This is how dogs will be expected to work in professional settings so we do our best to get the dogs acclimated to this from day one. All cancellations with less than  24 hours notice will be charged in full with no exceptions. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be subject to our discretion.

     I acknowledge that 20 Paws will not be liable for any damages or loss from our right to refuse service. There are no refunds or returns
