Casting / Go-See Contract

By submitting to this casting form, we ask that you sign in on all paperwork with MEGAFLASH MODELS (MFM). Models being booked for this job will be paid within 14 to 30 days from the last job date or sooner.

As a model you understand that some clients may book you for additional jobs from a booking with us. As a model you should accept to have MegaFlash Models represent you for additional bookings with this specific client. For example a client books you for a travelling show to New Orleans and then the client books you for a show traveling to Las Vegas. It is not uncommon that bookings like this will occur with them same agency. Always be professional, on time, and do not be afraid to go the extra mile. Sometimes it pays off in the long run.

Please alert MEGAFLASH of your booking if booked. We will need a W9 prior to issuing payment.

If you hear of this audition from another agent, person, posting, AGENCY, etc but you submit yourself to this casting with MEGAFLASH MODELS, you are bound to use MEGAFLASH MODELS as representation, even if your agent has submitted you for this event. We do not accept models who double submit with several different agencies. We also need to know specifically who we are responsible to send payment with our payment terms determined on each casting notice.

I agree to be paid by MEGAFLASH MODELS for my professional services based on the corresponding casting notice, in this case since there are more roles, we will not determine the payment terms until we have more information about other castings and the total roles to be had. We should have this information soon.

I acknowledge that pay rates may vary for models at the show depending on the job role, and that my pay rate was determined by MEGAFLASH MODELS client budgets.

All recruiting fees to MEGAFLASH MODELS are covered by the client’s budget, so there is no fee for MEGAFLASH MODELS Hair Models after their flat rate unless otherwise specified.

MEGAFLASH MODELS is hereby appointed with authority to book and deliver me as a Hair model to this Hair Event Casting /Go See.

If I DO NOT submit MEGAFLASH MODELS as my acting agent/manager at any time during the time of this specific casting/go-see and hair event, I will assign to MEGAFLASH MODELS an additional 20% Penalty of my total pay rate received for my services to which my name was submitted by MEGAFLASH MODELS on a Model list. If I DO complete all of my paperwork with MEGAFLASH MODELS, as my representative agency, NO additional 20% penalty will be implemented. We do no charge fees and the rates you see on our castings are the rates that you will receive unless otherwise stated or updated on our casting notices.

Our castings state flat rates. Our payment terms for each casting are also stated.

This agreement is valid for MEGAFLASH MODELS models or MEGAFLASH MODELS Affiliated Companies.
