Hot Bread Kitchen's Programs:

Culinary Training Program: 5 week in-person Culinary job training at Chelsea Market or one of our community outposts throughout the city. Intermediate English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) is also available for eligible participants.

First Course: 14-week apprenticeship and culinary instruction for aspiring restaurant cooks. For more information about how to apply for this program, please sign up for an information session here.

Culinary Career Pathways for New New Yorkers: 6 week in-person Culinary job training for recent migrants and asylum seekers with work authorization or TPS. For more information about how to apply for this program, please visit here.

Front of House Training: In our free 4 week in-person program at Chelsea Market, you'll gain the skills and confidence to prepare for a front-of-house career in NYC's vibrant food industry. The cohort will start in September 2024.

Seed: 5-part online program for starting a food business (module based). After submitting an application, you will receive an invitation to register for an orientation.

Scale: Connects food entrepreneurs whose businesses are poised for growth to capital resources that allow them to take their business to the next level.

Cultivate (In Partnership with Santander Bank): A 12 -week virtual mini MBA program for entrepreneurs providing them with education, networking, and small capital grants. Click here to apply.
