Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Fresh Approach! Our Community Ambassador program allows us to engage people like you who are passionate about community health and improving the food system in a wide range of activities.

Fresh Approach offers community ambassador positions to resident community members interested in the health and well-being of their community as well as anyone interested in local agriculture, nutrition, and community volunteering.

These are paid volunteer positions primarily responsible for supporting in-field operations for Fresh Approach’s mobile farmers’ market, community nutrition and cooking classes, as well as community outreach.

The questions on this interest form will help us to identify positions for you that you will enjoy and find rewarding. Please note that all questions with a red asterisk (*) are required and must be answered before you can proceed to the next page.

Our Community Ambassador program often involves community members to support nutrition education, gardening and composting, and food access programs. Community Ambassadors help us engage communities of color, including seniors and/or immigrant populations with lower access to food.
