Supporting Young People with Eczema Request

If your school would like to access the Eczema Outreach Support training resource for secondary school staff or if you are a parent and would like to request that we contact your child's school about the training, please complete the details below.

'Supporting Young People with Eczema' can be used as part of in-service training days or as individual continued professional development for secondary school staff to help support a young person with eczema.

Once we receive your form, a member of the EOS team will be in touch.
