Non Disclosure Agreement

RESEARCH RELEASE AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT On [DATE], my child __________________ (“Participant”) will participate in the market research study performed by MarketCast LLC (“MarketCast”) on behalf of its client (“Sponsor”) who wishes to remain anonymous. I hereby give permission to MarketCast LLC and Sponsor to record (audio/video), transcribe, and/or use any ideas, opinions, statements, quotes, or paraphrases (the “Statements”) made by them during their participation in the study. I understand that the Statements will be used for research and marketing purposes. Although the Participant’s image or voice may be included in the final research reports, the Statements will not be associated with their name to protect their privacy. I understand that in connection with their participation in the discussion and/or the use of the Statements they are being provided with a monetary award or payment. I also acknowledge that during the interviews MarketCast may share information or concepts of a confidential or proprietary nature of Sponsor (“Confidential Information”); I agree on behalf of the Participant to hold in confidence and not publish or disclose to any third parties any of the Confidential Information without the prior written consent of MarketCast, and to use the same degree of care (and in any event not less than reasonable care) to safeguard the confidentiality of the Confidential Information that I use to protect my own personal information. I, and any other party claiming by or through me (collectively, “Releasors”), hereby release MarketCast and its employees, principals, officers, and successors, and assigns (collectively, the “MarketCast Releasees”) from and against any actions, damages, claims, and demands which the Releasors may have against MarketCast and the MarketCast Releasees or any of them, from any claim of any kind Releasors may have arising out of or resulting from Participant’s participation in the study or panel or the use of the Statements. I have been provided with a copy of MarketCast’s privacy policy, a copy of which is available at http://marketcast.com/privacy-policy/, and consent to its terms. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this research release and non-disclosure agreement, and Participant will abide by the terms therein.
