Give us a call!

If you have called about services or attended anything at CityLink in the past, we likely already have your information. You can skip these forms and just give us a call at 513-357-2000 saying you'd like to re-engage in services!

CityLink Center

Great! We're going to ask you a few questions to see if you're qualified for services.

A quick note: We know we just met and some of these questions may feel personal. Sorry to jump right in, we'll give some context as we go!

We promise your answers and all personal information will be kept strictly confidential.

CityLink clients must be 18 years or older.

We hope you will consider CityLink services once you turn 18! If you are about to turn 18, please give us a call you may be able to proceed: 513-357-2000.

Why are we asking this? Consistent housing plays a critical role in your success! We want to make sure you're in a good position before embarking on a new training program within CityLink Center.

Not having stable housing is extremely difficult and can affect so many parts of your life. CityLink training programs will require a lot of your time, energy, and focus, so we don’t want to put anything else on your plate before you’ve found a reliable place to sleep.

For assistance finding shelter, please call the Central Access Point: Help for Homeless 513-381-7233 or go to Strategies to End Homelessness

It may feel daunting to overcome where you are right now, but you can do this! We’ve met and worked with hundreds of individuals who have been homeless at one point and with perseverance, hard work, and faith they have gone onto successful careers, home ownership, and more. We are rooting for you!

Once you have found stable housing, we hope you will consider CityLink services again!

"There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off." Proverbs 23:18

As a result, in order to proceed with CityLink, you must not be receiving SSDI.

Our technology trainings require a high school diploma or high school equivalency.  For assistance in this area, reach out to Queen City Professional Center at (513) 363-6100 and we would love for you to reach back out when you've obtained this goal!
