Please use this form to file a formal appeal for the Believe and Build Afterschool Grant application process. If Ignite Afterschool disapproved your application under applicable state statute or federal programs, you may submit an appeal to Ignite Afterschool with regard to the disapproval by filing a notice and stating the state or federal statutes violated. Please remember that this is an appeal of the process; funding decision are not subject to appeal.
