At WheatonArts, we value the creative process and the many ways in which engagement with the arts introduces learning skills and strengthens primary classroom curriculum goals.
Enhance your students’ experience with a unique, hands-on activity. All grades can visit and learn about the 1876 Centre Grove Schoolhouse and tour the internationally-known Museum of American Glass, where they’ll discover the science, industry, art, and magic of glassmaking from colonial times to the present.
In addition to the many wonderful exhibits, demonstrations, and other attractions throughout WheatonArts, we offer special programs and classes for your students. Choose from various workshops, including ceramics, bead-making, watercolor painting, and more!
Admission (April through December) is $6.00 per student, with a minimum of ten (10) students required. Please request optional programs at the time of your reservation.
WheatonArts is open Thursday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. However, if you have a group of more than 200, a Wednesday visit may be possible.
One supervising adult is required for every ten (10) students and is admitted at no charge. Additional supervising adults will be charged a discounted admission of $10.00 each. Supervising adults must accompany students at all times.
