Please join the Appalachian Bear Rescue Membership Program using the form below. There are two membership levels. Choose a $50 donation to join as an individual. Choose a $75 donation to join as a family. Family membership members must all live in the same household. Your membership is based on an individual email address. Our system requires you to enter every member's full name (including yourself!). The email address field is mandatory and is the address of the primary Membership card holder. Each Membership expires one year. We will send email reminders when it is time to renew.
