Some moms delete their account simply to troubleshoot a connection or bluetooth issue, while other moms are finished using the app and want their account and associated pumping data completely deleted. We're here to assist you with either option!

To delete your Willow account, please fill in the form below to begin the deletion process. This process will delete all data and accounts related to the email address you provide, including pump session information, and cannot be recovered. Your purchase history will be maintained as permitted by law.

Account deletion will take approximately 45 business days to complete once your request is confirmed.
