Return Policy
BR USA accepts product returns within 15 days upon receipt of your shipment provided products are not opened nor expired, in good condition, and with an intact prooftag seal unless the item arrives in damaged condition and/or is defective. BR USA offers 2 types of returns: replacement or refund. This return policy does not apply to any product that has been subjected to misuse, misapplication, clients skin reaction or neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance and storage)

Resellers are responsible for shipping returned products
Only qualified returns will be at BR USA's expense and BR USA will provide return labels in such cases. In such circumstance where a reseller decides to return products incorrectly ordered, then cost of return label will be at reseller's expense. 


Please fill out the form below (1 form per invoice) along with pictures clearly showing that product is damaged/defective. 
Returns are typically treated by our sales team within 72 hours, and credits are issued once returns have been processed by BR USA or Warehouse teams. Please reach out to directly your account coordinator or to customerservice@biologique-recherche.us should you have any questions. 

Any return that does not comply with these rules will not be processed. All returns and refunds remain at BR USA's sole discretion.
