All members must have a nominated Primary Contact who can receive membership communication. 
The Primary Contact will:

• act as MCF's first point of contact within the organisation
• receive information from MCF about the organisation's membership status and action accordingly
• receive occasional emails regarding general activities including research, resources, training and events.

Conditions of MembershIp:

MCF has the following conditions of membership for members, which the trustees amy amend from time to time at their discretion.

1. Understand and agree to be bound by this Membership Application and Agreement Form.
2. Commit to the MCF Charter as amended from time to time.
3. Commit to the MCF Code of Conduct as amended from time to time.
4. Pay MCF's membership fees in accordance with the Membership Policy.
5. Not to say, do or imply anything which would bring MCF or its members in to disrepute.

Important Notice: Any MCF member found to be in breach of the conditions of MCF membership will be referred to the MCF Board of Trustees.

Declaration: 

By completing and submitting this form, we confirm that all information in this application is correct and true and we agree to inform MCF of any changes in a timely manner. We understand that any false information can result in termination of MCF membership.
