- Education and skill development as well as application (of acquired skill) to projects
- Developing and applying racial equity-centered strategies
- Conducting Racial Equity Assessments
- Supporting Racial Equity Action Planning
FIRE works with federal agencies that are ready for transformative change. We are not able to assist with: - Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) issues

- Inclusion strategies (access and tolerance)
- Dispute resolution
- Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
