Pontiac Promise Michigan College of Beauty Scholarship Application 

DO NOT COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL. 


This application should be completed by Scholars Attending the Michigan College of Beauty Only! Please upload the required documents (PDFs are preferred, however screenshots, images or scans will be accepted). Before starting this application, make sure you have the following ready to submit:


  1. Financial Aid Letter OR Signed PPZ FAFSA Waiver
  2. Itemized Tuition Bill
  3. Transcript

Financial Aid Letter
Financial Aid Award Letter: We need to know that you have applied for FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) or have received a financial award letter from your college in order for you to get our scholarship. Upload a screenshot or image of your financial aid letter. This applies even if you do not receive aid from FAFSA. (NOTE: DACA students will submit their signed PPZ FAFSA Waiver here instead.)
Itemized Tuition Bill
Itemized Tuition Bill: An itemized tuition bill should include the following:

  1. Number of credits being taken for the semester
  2. All tuition related charges for the semester, (NOT ESTIMATED COSTS)
  3. All financial aid awards being applied for the semester (NOT ESTIMATED AWARDS)
  4. Your remaining semester balance
