All training providers who wish to apply for accreditation must first show that they meet the following criteria.

Please indicate all the areas your organisation complies with, providing an example of how you meet the criteria.

1. Has been delivering education for a minimum period of three months (please provide details)

2. Has at least one training centre to deliver theory training and assessment (please provide details)

3. Has modern, fully equipped facilities for training delivery and assessment at each of your training centres (please provide details)

4. Has their own modern, fully equipped gym facility or access to a gym facility when tutoring and assessing learners (please provide details)

5. Has enrolled and assessed over 50 learners to date (please provide details)

8. Has a faculty team with fitness qualifications and qualifications for their role/s as Tutor, Assessor and/or Internal Quality Assurer (please provide numbers of each)
If your team is not sufficiently qualified, then it is mandatory to undertake PD:Approval's training (fees apply). Once you have met the eligibility criteria then you will be able to continue to develop your submission whilst undertaking the training.

9. Please upload a completed Biography Template (download template here) and supporting certificates for each member of your faculty team
You will also need these as part of your submission evidence if you pass this stage, so keep them safe in a folder.
