The Massachusetts Service Alliance (MSA) has released this Initial Application for organizations interested in hosting Commonwealth Corps members for the August 2025 - June 2026 service term. Submission of this form is required as part of a full application for the Commonwealth Corps host site partner grant. This process will support MSA's management of the application workflow, including the selection of community reviewers. We also hope it serves as a useful resource for organizations as they complete the full application in January. The responses provided here can be reused in the full application, and this initial submission will not be evaluated as part of the final host site application.
