Demographic Information
To help Habitat Chicago evaluate the effectiveness of the course for different populations, we ask that you participate in the following brief demographic survey.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and you do not need to answer all questions.
If you choose to participate, your responses will be saved internally for data tracking and program evaluation purposes. Additionally, we may report this information in aggregate and anonymously (i.e. all student records combined with names removed) to outside stakeholders.
None of the information you provide will affect your status in the course or your ability to apply for a loan with any lenders in the future.
