Parent Conference Information:
Please submit your scholarship application by 2/14/2025 - complete this form
We encourage you to apply for a scholarship as soon as possible
Parent/Self-Advocate  $50
Professional   $100

Flat fee includes:
  • Conference admittance for March 19th, March 20th, and March 21st, 2025
  • Conference Attendance is in-person only with catered lunch
  • Scholarship opportunities must be received before 2/14/2025

Scholarship Information:
Limited Scholarships can only support the following:

  1. ·       Registration Fee
  2. ·       Airfare
  3. ·       Hotel Accommodations

  • Scholarships will be awarded, based on need, at SSG’s discretion 
  • Ground transportation not provided by SSG


 By accepting the Scholarship, you agree to the following:

  • Complete this form and register for the conference 
  • Fully engage and attend all 3 Parent Conference days on 3/19/2025, 3/20/2025 and 3/21/2025
  • Submit a short, written summary of your experience at the 2025 Parent Conference, to include
    1) new learning, and
    2) how you will use what you have learned in your community or home
    Submissions are to be sent to lisab@stonesoupgroup.org by 4/30/2025

Registration and attendance or participation at the Stone Soup Group Parent Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Stone Soup Group's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio recordings.
