Hourly Call Tracking Form
For every hour that you schedule for dialing, you will set the time up as follows:
5 minutes prepping
45 minutes dialing
5 minutes filling out this form
5 minutes stretching/walking away
As you dial, have a piece of paper next to you and make chit marks on it as you go (feel free to come up with your own short-hand)... then when your 45 minute session is over, record those chit marks on the form here.
REPEAT this process for every hour session that you have throughout the week.
