Authorized Signer Details 
Who would be the authorized signer of the license agreement if the product(s) are accepted? Please note that having this information will help keep the application process going moving along as this will allow us to generate the license agreement if the product is accepted. The applicant will receive an award letter and the license agreement will be sent to the authorized signer for signature with the applicant copied.
