Preferred Replacement

A replacement frame or triangle will be shipped on Net 30 terms upon approval of the warranty case. Default replacement will be the closest available equivalent frame or triangle. Upgrades or color preferences can be requested at the time of case submission. Niner will accommodate these requests based on available inventory. Upgrade pricing for hardtails will be the difference in current dealer cost. Full suspension upgrades will be sold at crash replacement pricing.




Thank you for submitting this information. Once all required information and photographs are received, Niner will begin evaluating the claim and reply with a Warranty Case Number. Please reference this Case Number in future correspondences. If the provided photographs are deemed insufficient to properly evaluate a claim, a return label will be issued to retrieve the frame for further inspection. Niner makes every effort to minimize your customer's downtime. All claims are handled on a first in, first out basis. Any missing information or photographs could result in delays or denial of the warranty claim.
