8-Week Group Therapy Programme In association with Rareminds

This bespoke programme for those diagnosed more than 6 months ago, but less than 2 years. It provides a confidential and supportive space for you - alongside others who may be in a similar situation. It offers facilitated opportunities to share experiences, explore common themes and discuss practical and emotional coping strategies - promoting self-care as a vital component of well-being. All sessions are co-ordinated and facilitated by trained, registered and experienced counsellors.

Note: this programme is designed for those who have been diagnosed in the last 6 months to 2 years.

For those whose diagnosis has occurred more recently, that is, within 6 months:

1 to 1 specialist nurse and peer support is available through our Helpline: 0800 434 6476 , and/or Counselling Services - alongside those provided by your specialist Neuroendocrine Cancer team.

For those whose diagnosis was 2 or more years ago - you may find our Living With programme more suitable for your needs. Contact Nikie for further details.
